The imagination of the outside world slowly builds within these four walls; sometimes when a relative calls to inform the death of a loved one, sometimes watching a bird soaring in the sky.
About The Filmmaker: Debankon Singh Solanky
Debankon Singh Solanky is a filmmaker and graphic designer. His films explore the inner world of the human psyche searching for meaning while contemplating the world outside that gives form to his inner world. His interests lie with understanding traditional knowledge systems, anthropology and the history of the land. His engagement is with image and meaning making. Solanky is a student of music, learning Sarangi and is also
a guest faculty at NIFT. Solanky has directed and produced several short and long films. His films have gained national and international acclaim.
